I am am an employee of UnitedHealthcare, part of the UnitedHealth Group family of businesses. As a Materials Designer, I design materials to make health care more human, affordable and comprehensive- Managed high end versioning & design and worked within a D.A.M process workflow to allow an effective increase in volume while maintaining a high level of quality assurance- Usage of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) and WorkFront Digital Asset Management software and tools. Both systems were used to increase quality while decreasing errors and timelines- Created a solution for Interactive PDFs. These enhanced the customer experience. PDFs were designed and made interactive with fields that connected to our data center.
