A Director of the Global Business Solutions department whereby we provide outsourced Accounting Services to a variety of international companies. I have a number of teams that report to me directly whereby each team has a number of team members that support Supervisors and Managers in servicing our clients. The services we provide included monthly Management Accounts, VAT returns, payrolls, a treasury function, annual local compliance requirements, HR advisory work and other adhoc task when required. I also assist clients with their international expansion into new territories advising them of the possible options in each country and deciding which would be the most appropriate based on their requirements.We look to assist clients with their internal processes for the countries we manage looking to streamline tasks such as the payroll preparation to ensure there is as little manual input as possible.
