Working as a husband and wife team, Kyle and Linda have been researching the state of training within the business aviation community. The effects of standardization have become increasingly clear.training has simply become a rote exercise in passing checkrides. Combining their knowledge of education and aviation, they devised a process by which training can once again become meaningful, proactive, and engaging. They are calling for a return to learner centered education and renewed emphasis on practical training. Over the past several years, Kyle and Linda have been combining their knowledge of education and aviation to impact the business aviation community with innovative processes for training and aircraft acquisition. They value collaboration, integrity, trust and creativity. With these values they have created a team which is committed to providing careful attention to detail and personalized services to individuals and businesses.
