Responsible for implementation of electronic permit-to-work system and Lock Out Tag Out system (LOTO). Approves contractor Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) for works on site. Assists with planning engineering works on site and controls and manages all works on site through the PTW system and risk assessment process.• Maintains M-Vision electronic permit to work system, roles include; System Admin, authoriser of works & system subject matter expert.• Designs isolation certificates, applies isolation to mechanical process plant and electrical apparatus.• Reviews RAMS for works, actively engages in site walkdowns and safety tours engaging with Staff and Contractors.• Generates risk assessments for planned works.• Sponsors mobilisation of Contractors to site, performs site inductions and familiarisations.• Performs work site audits and implements any corrective actions.
