ABOUT KYLE NAIMAN

Kyle Naiman is a well-rounded leader, among his many attributes is a strong background in Rational Thinking Skills; including decision making, potential problem analysis, and problem-solving methodologies such as root cause analysis and why analysis (5-Why). Combined with his expertise in operations and other areas, these skill sets make Kyle very adept at not only helping teams take the right path for a decision or when dealing with a problem, but also to ensure that the right questions are brought-up via potential problem analysis and risk analysis when dealing with change. He can make the difficult “right” choices when needed for overall customer satisfaction, what is best for the company and shareholders. More importantly, Kyle can help other team members see the “bigger picture”, helping the team synergize around a vision and roadmap to ensure meeting objectives.Kyle has an incredible charisma about him that ensure group motivation and teamwork to accomplish objectives. Kyle has a “glass half full” personality that enables him to become successful at whatever he chooses to pursue. His abilities, adaptability, and dedication will make him a great addition to any company and team. He presently lives in the West Chester, Ohio area. In addition to his professional pursuits, Kyle is a US Navy veteran, an active fitness enthusiast, outdoorsman and is involved in charitable activities for multiple causes.
