My current position is general manager of registry and quality analytics for the AAOS where I manage a senior and specialized team in delivering all analytic projects including: registry publications/reports, clinical practice guidelines (CPG), clinical quality measures (CQM), and appropriate use criteria (AUC) for various healthcare topics and treatment options. I have also published a line of children\'s books, which provides financial assistance to pediatric cancer charities through its proceeds. My strengths and interests include communication, organization, self-motivation, leadership, writing, and innovative solutions.
