Commercial real estate finance leader with nearly two decades of experience focused on arranging financing for a wide array of assets nationally encompassing Build-to-Rent (BTR) projects, multifamily, hotels, industrial, land & master planned community developments. Over the past decade, I’ve focused on debt and equity placement for properties across the country and have raised nearly $4 billion in capital for sponsors. This includes bridge, construction, permanent, mezzanine, joint-venture, co-GP, and preferred equity financing. I spearheaded the emergence of my former firm (Tower Capital) as a national leader in arranging financing for the development of BTR communities. I led the capitalization of nearly $3.0 billion for build-to-rent projects (primarily construction financing) involving 50+ communities, encompassing more than units, and spanning multiple states including in Arizona, Texas, Alabama, North Carolina, Colorado, and Indiana. Earned national industry recognition including selection by GlobeSt as a 2024 Rainmaker in Debt & Equity, as well as recognition from IMN for BTR financing, and Connect CRE’s Top Mortgage Brokers in 2023 and 2024.
