Our Background The video ‘Save Ralph’ produced by the Humane Society, showcased the life of a rabbit product tester. This video was a revelation and we, the founders, decided to become a cruelty-free household. We discovered that not only was it next to impossible to buy all our cruelty-free needs at one store, but we needed to do research to validate that the products are cruelty-free. Why is the validity of a cruelty-free status in question? It is simple.Although an American company may not test their products on animals, they sell products to foreign countries where testing is required on animals. This was disheartening, so we saw a need to create a place where consumers can shop freely for products knowing that everything has been truly vetted and is 100% cruelty-free.
