I own the experience layer at Quandri. Everything the broker touches: the platform, the emails, onboarding, configuration. 100+ agencies on the platform, including 15 of the top 100 brokerages in North America.When I joined, the platform had zero adoption. It was a configuration panel nobody logged into post activation. In the past year, I\'ve turned it into a product with 380+ monthly active users and a new product line generating revenue- Connect. Built our AI email product from nothing to personalized renewal emails/month in under a year. Ran the first implementations myself, then scaled to 40 agencies. Every email is tailored to the policyholder\'s specific coverage, rates, and renewal options- Platform adoption. Took the broker-facing product from zero active users to 380+ monthly. Built the features that pulled brokers into our experience instead of living entirely in their management systems- US market expansion. Processing volume grew 330% year-over-year as we scaled into the US market.

I build things. iOS and macOS apps on the side, and recently rebuilt my entire PM workflow as an AI-native system. Daily triage, spec drafting, research synthesis, prototyping, all running through Claude Code. At Quandri, I\'m the PM for everything brokers touch. We build AI that runs the renewal workflow for P&C insurance agencies: analyzing policies, gathering quotes, and sending personalized emails to policyholders. It runs daily whether someone logs in or not.The hardest problem in this space is trust. Brokers used to do everything by hand. Tedious, but they trusted it because they saw every piece themselves. We automated that, which also removed the thing that gave them confidence. So a lot of what I think about is: how do you show someone enough of the work that they\'re comfortable acting on it?
