   In this role, I leading a program focused on elevating the quality of the Generative AI (GAI) experiences delivered to customers. We tackled this challenge by first establishing a Generative AI Product Metrics framework and standard that could dynamically scale across all GAI products. By leveraging this data, we were able to hypothesize necessary adaptations to meet customer needs, minimize wasted effort by preventing teams from reinventing the wheel, and set a standardized approach for product leaders across the company to communicate their learnings for others to benefit from. Additionally, for identified critical product areas, I implemented a certification process to ensure that the end-user experiences met Microsoft\'s global standards.
