Use Shotgun, Excel and GSuite to track the show schedules for departments, evaluate quota rates, assess show staffing needs, strategize inventory flow for downstream departments, and flag any potential production concerns.~ Provide reports to the Production Managers and Associate Producers to accurately depict the status for the departments’ quota and show goals, and then create scenarios to course-correct when actuals deviate from approved milestones.~ Work with internal and external supervisors, leads, and artists to ensure show needs are met.~ Partner with Creative Supervisors so they can stay organized by providing clear priorities in a central location, highlighting tasks to follow up on, helping wrangle performance reviews, and creating and maintaining documentation for casting.~ Train Production Coordinators and Production Assistants to deliver consistent and high-quality work.~ Utilize creative and unique reviewing methods to review a record amount of footage on the floor- Creative Legacy team- Moana 2 (2024) Production Supervisor- Layout and LFIN
