Hello! I\'m Kyle Kroboth, a Senior Financial Analyst at Highmark Health. I graduated with an MBA from the Penn State Smeal College of Business in 2024 and a Bachelor of Science from the Penn State Eberly College of Science in 2022.In Summer 2023, I worked as an MBA Consultant at a Chewy Fulfillment Center in Lewisberry, PA, where I worked on a project to improve efficiency of a custom-sized box maker for oversized items. In 2022, I worked as a Packaging Supply Chain Intern with Frito-Lay at their York, PA plant, where they make Doritos and Lays. I spent January through June 2021 working in supply chain at the Hershey Company, and have also worked part-time in customer success at Qlicket, a SaaS startup that helps businesses communicate with their frontline workforce.I am very passionate about sports and have previously worked with Penn State Basketball and the Penn State Sports Analytics Club.
