ABOUT KYLE KOZA

Kyle is a Professional Engineer with 25 years of experience across technical, construction, and project management roles. Raised in small-town Saskatchewan, he developed a deep appreciation for meaningful work over fleeting rewards—prioritizing impact, integrity, and long-term success over titles and short-term gains. A high school visit to the oil sands ultimately led to his eyes being opened to the reality and necessity that afordable, reliable energy sources are the cornerstone of a thriving society. That continuous improvement of efficient mining & extraction technology, coupled with reasonable and defendable reclamation practices will ensure prosperity for generations. Recognizing the challenge of balancing scale, complexity, and long-term impact (and public opinion) Kyle is committed to delivering predictable, cost-effective, and constructible solutions that earn the trust of industry, academia, and regulators. To drive this vision, he co-founded ARKK Engineering and ARKK Construction, where he leads with integrity, ensuring the right decisions prevail over short-term interests. His mission is to foster a culture where individuals become the best versions of themselves. Today, ARKK is known for its integrity, accountability, and high-performing teams.
