Alongside my daily responsibilities, I’ve taken initiative to learn the backend structure of our legacy Warehouse Management System (WMS), analyzing its logic and identifying ways to improve product flow and system accuracy. I’m also beginning to explore automation opportunities within our IBM AS/400 environment — diving into system workflows, legacy logic (RPG, CL), and SQL-based reporting to identify time-consuming tasks that could be streamlined. With a B.S. in Business Analytics from Iowa State, I approach operations through a data-driven lens. Whether it\'s optimizing labor schedules, analyzing performance trends, or collaborating across departments to modernize systems, I bring curiosity, accountability, and forward-thinking to the table.
