Oyu Tolgoi Expansion Project, Khanbogd, Omnigovi, Mongolia - A multi-billion dollar expansion to create the world’s largest underground copper mine. Jacobs’ employees over contractor employees to complete the construction of surface and underground facilities for Rio Tinto. construction includes: surface and underground crushers, a large man camp, a central heating plant, warehouse facilities, mine dry, dining facilities, as well as underground truck shops and offices. • North American Growth Project, Mont Belvieu, Texas – managing the Health and Safety Administration program for the Mont Belvieu Plastics Plant location. This project was a unique challenge due to Kyle arriving at the project with it at 70% complete and being tasked with revamping the site’s tracking of safety statistics and incident data, and also the case management and investigation procedures.Duties included: investigating and reporting incidents, conducting RCA investigations, creating safety programs, revising site policies and procedures, tracking data, generating reports, coordinating safety meetings, managing injury cases, filing workers compensation claims, and managing the contracted safety professionals and health care providers.• Methanex Relocation Project, Geismar, Louisiana – A large construction management project with over 2,500 contractor and direct hire employees. Kyle managed the Health and Safety Administration program for the site. Duties included; investigating and reporting incidents, creating safety programs, revising site policies and procedures, tracking data, generating reports, coordinating safety meetings, managing injury cases, filing workers compensation claims, and managing the contracted safety professionals and health care providers.
