   Flow International is headquartered in Kent, Washington and is a global leader in ultra high pressure water-cutting systems. They are owned by SHAPE Technologies who owns several other global industry leaders in waterjet, automation, and pump technology.As a Technical Program Manager, I work in IT to align SHAPE projects with the enterprise goals and vision. At first, my areas of responsibilities encompassed Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other systems integrating in some form with CRM (including Sales and Field Service). As my tenure has matured, I am now leading projects for major systems across the board, globally. Current projects I am managing include- Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Full ERP implementation to move a brand under SHAPE from NAV 4.0 to D365 F&O- Implement global net-new IoT program across several brands. This includes scope starting at the edge, all the way into the cloud and into data analysis for predictive modeling- Global SQL Data Platform Upgrade. Project is moving global SQL environment from 2008R2 to 2014. Includes all databases and related connections- Implement SolidWorks PDM Global Vault. Consolidation of multiple standalone SolidWorks PDM vaults into a single global vault for the purpose of cross-brand collaboration on new SHAPE-brand products- Implement Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement - Field Service for 2 brands in Europe- Re-implement Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement for brand.
