Led an integrated team of 15+ staff and consultants to align technical, commercial, and regulatory workstreams and deliver all required state and federal permits for two commercial-scale offshore wind projects off New Jersey (2.7 GW,$12B+). Developed and executed a scalable permitting strategy in coordination with technical, commercial, and leadership teams that minimized risk, protected portfolio value, and supported a credible path to Project FID. Managed $30MM+ of survey, consulting, and permit development contracts from RFP through closeout, driving safety, quality, schedule, cost, and performance. Led extensive coordination efforts with technical and commercial teams to align scopes and schedules and mitigate risks. Completed NEPA and received 12+ permits and approvals from BOEM, NJDEP, NOAA, USACE, FWS, DoD, & EPA for the offshore project components, 100+ mile export cable routes, and onshore substations.
