ABOUT KYLE HEWITT

I have been a self-employed Personal Trainer since mid-2013. From Aug 2013 to Dec 2015 I was half of a developing Personal Training business, that specialized in offering clients a fully private gym/studio experience. The business grew quickly, expanding and offering new & experienced PT\'s a fantastic opportunity to grow a client base. Although successful, the partnership didn\'t work out and so I moved away from the business to focus on my personal PT clients. Since January of 2016, I have had the pleasure of working with clients in; Private, commercial & independent gyms across Aberdeen.In September 2016, I re-joined the world of higher education to follow my dream of becoming a P.E. teacher (over time I found my impact is more suited as an external agent working in schools rather than a teacher). I started downsizing my client base in Personal Training to seek further coaching opportunities and experiences. I loved my time impacting the community via Sport Aberdeen and Aberdeen Football Club Community Trust. During theses role I really got to work daily using strong skill sets and with passion working across many projects including supporting alternative curriculum pathways, Multi agency projects in mental health initiatives, Child healthy weight and transition programs (to and from secondary education) using sport and wellbeing to educate and inspire change. I moved in to Gym & Leisure management where I could continue to support and coach people specifically new and existing personal trainers to establish and grow businesses that inspire communities to be at their best physically and mentally each day.
