ABOUT KYLE HENKE
I am an Honors Business Administration student at the University of Missouri with an emphasis in Management. Outside of class, I co-own Peak Shine Window Washing LLC, a local service business based in Troy, Missouri. I started the company during my sophomore year of high school and have been involved in customer acquisition, scheduling, client communication, invoicing, payroll, and daily operations. I am also involved with Pi Kappa Alpha at Mizzou, where I serve as Special Events Chairman. In that role, I plan, organize, and operate events with the help of my committee. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and working within a budget. I have gained sales experience through several door-to-door roles, including window-washing services, roof-inspection appointments, and political canvassing. These experiences have helped me understand the sales process, communicate with a variety of people, and build confidence in client-facing situations. I am interested in opportunities related to sales, management, and business development. I am always open to connecting and learning from students, alumni, business owners, and professionals.
