They taught me that leadership isn’t a title — it’s a lifestyle of unlocking the highest version of the people you serve.For more than a decade, I’ve led thousands in the retail world, where I learned to build cultures of innovation, stretch people past their comfort zones, and celebrate success and failure with equal enthusiasm.Now, I’m channeling those experiences into writing and speaking.
