In my current role my workload is very much self sufficient reporting only to our company finance director on a quarterly basis during company CIP meetings giving ordinance on not only isolated project cash flow but that of the business globally. Key responsibilities include:⇒ Evolving projects from the initial tender enquiries guiding estimating through the contractual due process prior to entering into formal contract.⇒ Production, monitoring & execution of secured orders & vetting of Sub-Contractor orders ensuring our clients contracts are concurrent with specifications & drawings listed within the initial enquires to ensure they are reflective of what has been bought.⇒ Projects Budgets & the monitoring thereof, working in-conjunction with operations & purchasing with an emphasis on budget control.⇒ Project specification management ensuring all customer requirements are sufficiently addressed.⇒ Project co-ordination ensuring all contractual design & build requirements are met.⇒ Monthly valuations.⇒ Cost Reporting⇒ Variations.⇒ Site visits & client relations.
