ABOUT KYLE FORD

With over four years of experience in the legal field, I am a recent law school graduate passionate about pursuing justice and serving the community. I earned my J.D. from the Appalachian School of Law in May 2025 and am currently preparing to sit for the February 2026 Virginia Bar Exam.Currently, I serve as a Law Clerk at Harding Counsel PLLC, where I assist with federal and state litigation across all court levels, from trial courts through the U.S. Supreme Court. My work spans practice areas including constitutional law, international law, federal procurement fraud, civil rights, criminal defense, prosecutorial accountability, and appellate advocacy.
