About Kyle Fazio
I\'m dedicated to delivering best in class integrated workforce consulting and management. I currently specialize in contingent direct sourcing which includes helping clients leverage their brand to attract contingent talent, delivering cost savings, and opening talent communities that were previously unavailable. I lead a team of highly motivated and talented Curators and Sourcers to deliver the Magnit Direct Source solution to our clients. I have 10 years of experience in contingent workforce management, consulting, and sourcing. I\'ve translated my degree in mathematics into data driven problem solving that has made me an excellent strategic and operational leader. My background in staffing and recruiting, along with my MSP experience at Magnit (formerly PRO Unlimited), has led me to become a subject matter expert in the contingent direct sourcing space. Based out of the Charlotte, NC area, away from work I can typically be found outside playing golf or running through trails in the woods. I like to run in trail races of all lengths, from 5k\'s up to ultra-marathons (although there\'s usually more walking than running in the ultras). I\'m an OK golfer, and find the golf course to be the most relaxing place for me to be. When I\'m not outdoors, I\'m typically watching movies or tv shows, or I\'m reading a new book, or I\'m playing with my two rescue dogs, or some combo of all those things.
