ABOUT KYLE DUBIAK

I’m a PhD-trained bioinformatician and data scientist with experience building scalable pipelines and extracting insights from complex genomic, multi-omics, and clinical datasets. My work focuses on integrating heterogeneous data sources and applying statistical and machine learning approaches to support translational research and data-driven decision-making.At NxGen MDx, I designed and maintained variant analysis pipelines and internal databases supporting large diagnostic panels, partnering closely with laboratory leadership, clinicians, and medical review teams to ensure analytical accuracy, traceability, and clarity at scale. I’ve also worked closely with machine-learning and data-science teams on multi-omic modeling and data integration projects in cloud-based environments.I’m particularly interested in roles at the intersection of bioinformatics, data science, and translational research; where complex biological data can be integrated, analyzed, and translated into meaningful scientific or clinical insights. I bring a strong focus on reproducibility, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration, with an emphasis on delivering analytical work that is both technically rigorous and practically useful.
