   Responsible for leading and inspiring a team of management and bargaining unit individuals in managing SSD/VSD parts/commodities and following up with multiple tiers of suppliers to ensure accurate and timely shipments of parts direct from Mopar suppliers to FCA dealers. This position requires the ability to execute tactical responsibilities balanced with strong strategic thinking required to prevent future supply disruptions. Building and maintaining strong relationships across several different functional areas internal and external to Mopar is required (Purchasing, Marketing, Distribution Operations, Technical Support Operations, Supplier Quality, Corporate Accounts Payable, ICT and Engineering, as well as a strong focus on working closely with external suppliers). Leading cross-functional projects is required to resolve current issues and to proactively identify potential opportunities.
