I am a leader in the Programme Advisory & Capital Excellence (PACE) team, which is part of the Major Projects Advisory (MPA) Practice in KPMG UK.I am an experienced leader who is passionate about digital transformation, in order to deliver meaningful and effective business outcomes for clients. I am experienced and adept at leading large multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure and asset centric engagements.Leveraging my corporate experience, combined with over 8 years of military service, has provided me with a unique perspective on how to consistently deliver results in fast paced, highly regulated environments. It has also enabled me to understand the complex dynamics of leading teams across multiple sectors, companies and continents and firmly believe that the foundation of all great teams lays in the culture the leadership creates. I truly advocate personal and professional development, exemplified by my own academic endeavours with my MBA aiming to achieve my leadership potential and widen my business acumen.
