I run a $15M+ revenue program at the intersection of real estate technology and mortgage lending — owning the full P&L across subscription revenue, success-based fees, and a lending partnership ecosystem spanning dozens of branch pairings nationwide. My career has been built around a specific problem: how do you grow a recurring revenue business when your customers are independent operators who resist oversight, your product delivers probabilistic outcomes, and your team is half the size it should be? The answer, in my experience, is that you get obsessive about measurement, honest about what the data actually says, and relentless about removing friction between what\'s promised and what\'s delivered. At Movoto/Lower, that has meant building a customer success operation from the ground up, designing the analytics infrastructure I manage from (because the dashboards didn\'t exist when I arrived), architecting a market consolidation strategy that prioritizes unit economics over vanity customer count, and partnering with a mortgage lending organization to create a cost-sharing model that fundamentally changes the value proposition for our customers. I manage across sales, customer success, operations, and cross-functional partnerships — not because the org chart says I should, but because the business requires someone who sees how all four connect.I think in systems, I lead with data, and I have very little patience for the gap between what a company tells its customers and what it actually delivers. If those things are misaligned, I\'d rather fix the materials than fix the narrative.Outside of work, I\'m pursuing my private pilot\'s license — which, it turns out, shares more with operational leadership than you\'d expect. Both require disciplined checklists, calm decision-making when conditions change, and an absolute refusal to let optimism override your instruments.
