   Built the business to business gifting program from the ground up. The program was designed to create partnerships with businesses for all of their gifting needs. Developed a strategy for franchisees to drive their in-store sales along with the addition of a sales team to drive sales into the stores. Collaborated with other departments such as marketing, tech, ecommerce, innovation, customer service, supply chain, legal, and finance. Also inherited the catering business for the newly acquired Roti brand and developed a sales strategy to grow that business-Generated over $300K in sales in less than four months-Hired and trained the first sales rep for the organization-Built a menu, specific to businesses, that focused on profitability for the franchisees as well as the company-Built a website that improved the business customer’s ordering experience -Identified key customer types to target and blitz nationwide-Created a sales training program that gave franchisees the tools needed to call on all business types-Quickly improved the Roti catering business from backwards sales YoY to improvement YTD
