About Kyle Corrigan
Kyle P. Corrigan is a criminal justice scholar-practitioner, expert witness, and constitutional accountability researcher with more than seventeen years of investigative experience across criminal defense, civil litigation, insurance fraud, and complex constitutional cases. He serves as Chief Investigator of Bright Line Investigations LLC and is the Founder and Executive Director of the Wisconsin Institute for Constitutional Integrity, where his work centers on judicial oversight, investigatory ethics, and government transparency. Kyle is pursuing his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice at Liberty University, focusing on constitutional accountability, judicial behavior, and systemic reform within municipal and state systems. His field investigations and civil-rights litigation experience inform his academic research, allowing him to examine how constitutional standards function in practice and where institutional drift undermines due process and civil liberties. He is a Board Member of the National Council of Investigation and Security Services and former Vice President of the Professional Association of Wisconsin Licensed Investigators, with additional memberships in multiple state and national investigative associations. Wisconsin courts have recognized him as an expert in firearms instruction, investigative procedures, and constitutional standards governing lawful enforcement conduct. Kyle’s work is shaped by a Christian worldview emphasizing integrity, accountability, and service. He supports community and student development through UW–Stevens Point athletics and ministry partnerships, sponsorships at SPASH and Mosinee High School, and service on the Woodlands Church Safety Team Ministry.
