In this role, I support the implementation and coordination of Agnico Eagle’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), working to advance Indigenous reconciliation efforts across the organization. I supervise staff and organize RAP consultations, reporting, and feedback mechanisms while supporting the company’s external Indigenous advisory committee. I collaborate with Indigenous communities, internal departments, and consultants to identify reconciliation priorities, goals, and action items. I provide guidance on Indigenous reconciliation matters, including cultural competency training programs. I also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reconciliation initiatives, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. Through comprehensive data management, project support, and engagement with diverse stakeholders, I help strengthen relationships with Indigenous partners and foster cultural understanding throughout Agnico
