Comprehensive Cancer Center- Designed and built REDCap projects for over 10 research studies to house existing data and enable further data collection- Led transfer of data for over 20 research studies out of legacy database to provide study teams continued access. Transferred data for the 11 ongoing studies into the REDCap projects I created- Created Python script for processing genetic data reports received by third-party labs after old process was dropped with over 2 years of data unprocessed and continuing to receive more. This allowed for the querying of up to date genetic test data.
