I am an experienced, engaged, and passionate human resources professional who aspires to assist businesses enhance their people operations. Through a varied background in people analytics, program/project management, talent management, compensation, and extensive academic background, I look to leverage my expertise to help companies scales their operations, refine their talent management practices, develop and implement consistent employee/internal research operations, and work directly with the business to solve real problems.
