I’m an experienced Program Manager with a deep passion for innovation and a track record of leading complex, forward-thinking projects. My background blends project management, product development, research, design, IP strategy, and mentoring, all centered around pushing the boundaries of what technology can do.Currently, I lead the development, deployment and operations of an advanced Automated Drone Systems. Over the years, I’ve driven initiatives in next-gen training methods, university partnerships, and new product rollouts involving cutting-edge tech like robotics, XR (AR/VR), AI/ML, autonomous systems, digital twins, 3D printing and so much more. I specialize in strategic reviews, business approaches, optimizing workflows, improving user experience, and enhancing programs beyond the norm. My roots are in the U.S. Army Reserve, where I served as a Staff Sergeant (E-6) in Engineer Detachments supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. That experience built the foundation for my leadership style, adaptable, mission-focused, and continuous learning.In past roles, I’ve led renewable energy operations, data collection systems, built and managed control room systems including managing Cyber Security compliance (NERC CIP), and overarching innovation strategy all while staying hands-on with the program activities. Whether it’s emerging tech, modernization, or rethinking how do anything, my focus is always on impact.
