Oversee visual merchandising for our North America & EU stores- Oversee the monthly showroom and directive processes for monthly flips/floor sets. Ensure the message is consistent between omni channels to ensure the client experience is evident from store to store as well as connected to our digital platforms- Streamline the communication process in which visual merchandising concepts are cascaded to stores for easier understanding and real-time sharing of ideas (photo sharing)- Creation and roll out of visual training materials that empower stores to make market specific updates. The key in a post-pandemic world is through a lens of connectivity through interactive modules- Partner closely with merchant and allocation teams on store/market specific needs from an assortment and depth positioning.
