About Kyle Barton
Kyle received his Bachelor in Science in Management from Brigham Young University, after which he pursued various positions in account management and sales. While proving successful as a top performer in these roles, he started investing into real estate and fell in love with the process. He realized a career-shift was in order and worked to build his \"side\" portfolio in a way that would allow him to focus on real estate full time. He eventually shifted his full focus on building his real estate portfolio which include multi-family rentals, single family renovations, land development, vacation rentals, and acted as a GP for a a larger multi-family community. Kyle is comfortable and has experience in market research, acquisitions (including underwriting), fund raising, asset management, and dispositions.
