Currently as Director, Global Planning & Logistics I lead the Global Production Planning, Export, Distribution and Procurement departments at Genus ABS. I am responsible for all global inventory and service levels.I have successfully designed new functional departments within supply chains. I excel in thinking outside the box and have demonstrated an ability to successfully lead change across global and multicultural environments. I am innovative in my approach and look to blend technology with practical solutions. I firmly believe that many of the most important improvements are those that engage the workforce to provide continuous tangible benefits long after a problem has been addressed.I have a bachelors’ degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
