I specialize in healthcare buy- and sell-side financial accounting due diligence for both private equity firms and strategic buyers. I primarily focus on serving clients in the healthcare industry, including physician practice management, acute and sub-acute care hospitals, value-based care, behavioral healthcare, laboratory, home health and hospice, contract therapy, nurse staffing, urgent/rural health, and revenue cycle management, among various other healthcare sub-industries.Prior to joining A&M, I was a Senior Associate with the Transaction Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young in Nashville. Previously, I was with the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice of Ernst & Young.I earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, with a finance collateral, and a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Tennessee.I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Tennessee, and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
