My role involves supporting applied research projects and identifying innovative approaches to infer behavior from brain data, contributing to the performance and reliability of next-generation neurotechnology.As the Decoder Task Force Lead at Blackrock Neurotech, I drive development of Blackrock\'s neural decoding models to support the development of an intent-driven, multitasking BCI. My responsibilities include but are not limited to the development of the models themselves, the training/fine-tuning protocols, the performance benchmarking, the data preprocessing pipelines, and the clinical validation paradigms for the models.
