With over 15 years of experience in the transportation industry, Real Estate and project management, I am a seasoned professional who oversees the asset and property management of all owned and leased assets across the country for 10 Roads Express, one of the largest privately owned trucking companies in North America. I oversee all aspects of improvement projects, from initiation to completion, and lead the evaluation of potential acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing opportunities. I also develop and implement strategies that drive cost-saving opportunities within the company lodging program and real estate portfolio, and maintain relationships with local governments and real estate executives. In addition to my role at 10 Roads Express, I am also the CEO of City Hill Solutions, a company that provides leadership coaching and keynote speaking services to individuals and organizations who want to build their best lives. I articulate the vision, mission, and values of the company, and develop actionable business strategies and plans that align with short-term and long-term objectives. I also serve as a teacher and speaker for events, conferences, and trainings, where I inspire and motivate people to create the life they want through faith, family, and finance. I am a published author of two books and a financial literacy program, where I share my insights and expertise on personal and professional development.
