I am passionate about not only helping others find and pursue their career goals, but I am also passionate about helping employers locate and hire the right candidates for the job. I began my career as an External Auditor at Deloitte & Touche, then transitioned into the role of Corporate Audit Supervisor with Halliburton. Throughout my career, I have performed financial and operational audits for both public and privately-held companies in a variety of industries, including Retail, Healthcare, and Oil & Gas. I have also collaborated with stakeholders in the United States, Russia, Kuwait, Azerbaijan, Singapore, Colombia, Venezuela, as well as many others, to identify areas of non-compliance and improvement. Through my experiences, I quickly realized that my passion in these roles included:1) acting as a trusted business advisor for my audit clients 2) building professional relationships, and 3) coaching and mentoring team members in their career goals and professional development.As a recruiter, I strive to continue to coach and mentor those looking for their next career transition and act as a trusted business advisor for those employers looking to hire the right candidate.
