Kyla Frye serves as Business Development Director for Charles Perry Partners, Inc. CPPI is a professional general contracting, design-build and construction management firm with offices in Gainesville, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Ocala and Palm Beach. Since 1968, the firm has established a tradition of excellence by providing an impressive array of services for our clients. CPPI’s services cover a wide range, including project planning, modeling, budget estimating, cost management, project scheduling and construction. The firm is a leader in sustainability and is dedicated to the communities in which it serves.Within that role, Kyla oversees business development, client recruitment and engagement, community engagement, and helps with event coordination. Kyla has been in the science + technology real estate development industry, commercial real estate, and business incubation and entrepreneurship support industries prior to this role. Kyla is also the CEO of her own coaching and consulting business with a focus on establishing and growing innovation hubs, female entrepreneurship, and startup founder success. She\'s passionate about life science + technology development, entrepreneurship support, and ecosystem building and is a sought-after speaker for industry events and conferences. She is a graduate of West Texas A&M University, earning a B.S. in Mass Communications and her M.B.A. Kyla is an ACC Certified Coach through ICF, GrowthWheel certified trainer, Wendy Kennedy certified coach, a certified InBIA Incubator Manager, as well as, a licensed Coaching Clinic facilitator. Kyla serves on the Alachua Chamber Board of Directors, Gainesville Chamber Economic Development Committee, Ocala CEP Healthcare Council, Ronald McDonald House North Central Florida Advisory Committee, Committee Member for the BioFlorida Celebration of Technology, and is a former mentor for the University of Florida Innovation Hub, former InBIA Board Member, and former ICBI Co-Chair. Kyla was named a Top 20 under 40 recipient by the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce and received a Women of Leadership Award from the Amarillo Business Women.
