I am an experienced Technical Recruiter with strengths including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, building relationships, and most importantly, matching top talent with great companies in Utah (and now remotely across the US. I have a passion for understanding someone\'s skill-set, desired role, and helping them land that position they\'ve been hoping for. I began my career path attending the University of Utah\'s Engineering program for a couple of years, before life circumstances led me to step away from the program. I spent the next few years in roles that helped me grow in my ability to communicate and connect with people, learn to be successful in a sales environment, and more. After many years away from the tech side of the house, I took a role with a company that allowed me to come full circle into a role (Technical Recruiter) working with some of those people I attended school with so many years ago. I’ve finally found what I thoroughly enjoy: bringing talented individuals together with amazing companies.

   Following a personal sabbatical, started Linq Recruiting, a technical placement firm that focuses on a smaller client and candidate base to allow for closer partnerships- Work with clients to understand specific hiring needs; including details on open roles, timeline to get someone started, what level of skills are needed, their hiring process, and more- Proactively connect and recruit tech candidates for full-time direct placement positions.
