About Kyla Biegun
I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and leader with a strong commitment to advancing primary care, workforce development, and health equity. I currently serve at Codman Square Health Center, where I launched an APP Residency in 2020 and led it to accreditation in 2024. This work reflects my passion for developing confident, clinically excellent advanced practice clinicians.My clinical practice is rooted in evidence-based full-spectrum family medicine, with a focus on integrative and functional medicine. I am particularly interested in addressing root causes of disease, emphasizing prevention, and empowering patients as active participants in their health.My holistic view of the human body and the healing arts informs how I lead. I approach organizational work with an understanding of broader system goals while staying grounded in the realities of day-to-day clinical care. With a strong academic background, I am a lifelong learner. I am continually shaped by my work with patients, colleagues, learners, and mentors. I am inspired by work that aligns patient care, clinician development, and organizational purpose.
