Uncommonly Good Collaborations are at the heart of everything I do.As Executive Director of Corporate Operations & Development at Alera Health, I help lead a national healthcare organization dedicated to improving outcomes through integrated behavioral health networks, population health strategies, and equity-driven innovation. I oversee cross-functional initiatives across HR, marketing, IT, compliance, and operations, while guiding enterprise-wide strategies that support sustainable growth and meaningful partnerships.Alongside my work with my fellow Alerians, I’m a community builder, speaker, and advocate passionate about LGBTQIA+ resilience, equity in leadership, and harm reduction. I’ve been honored to present locally and nationally on queer culture, trauma-informed care, drag as a platform for public health, and inclusive and culturally-competent workforce development.
