About Ky Duong
Hello! I\'m a recent graduate from the University of Southern California, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology and Drug Development and a Master of Science in Management of Drug Development under the USC Alfred E. Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. I’m interested in the intersection of target discovery, pharmacology and toxicology, and drug development and aim to uncover unknown biological mechanisms of cancers, particularly of the brain/CNS. Through my work, I hope to bring safer and more effective therapies to the clinic and extend the quality of life of patients.Additionally, I\'m excited to be expanding my organization, Beta Rho Chi (BPX)! BPX is a Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Pre-Professional Society aimed at preparing undergraduate students for careers in the life sciences, academia, healthcare, tech, and more through collaboration, mentorship, career exploration, and professional development.
