Designed to provide both business strategy and tangible operations systems- Write, engineer, perform, and produce as KASUKE — serving as the sonic identity and cultural proof of concept for the SIP brand through DJ sets, audio engineering, and curated entertainment experiences for corporate, community, and private events- Design and deliver keynote workshops and programming for institutional, corporate, ERG, conference, and nonprofit audiences- Build and maintain enterprise creative collaboration partnerships, developing professional development strategies and sonic campaigns for organizations seeking to leverage the creative economy and Gen-Z engagement without extractionary practices- Curate events and community experiences where every attendee leaves with a tangible outcome — whether a connection, a contract, a collaboration, or a framework — across youth, professional, and creative community audiences- Maintain a permanent 10% subsidized slot protocol across all cohort programs
