Responsible for leading the Sourcing Team and helping to develop/execute sourcing and category management strategies to support initiatives and projects for a broad spectrum of Indirect spend categories (Technology, Human Resources, Legal, Sales/Marketing, Facilities, Finance, etc). This includes the management and cost optimization of ~$400M in vendor related spend. Daily collaboration and relationship building with stakeholders across all levels of the organizational hierarchy is a key focus for the groups success. Establishing tactical and strategic relationships ensures that Procurement remains aligned to support both the short and long term business objectives of our stakeholders, while also delivering cost savings and minimizing risk. Primary responsibilities include- Strategic Sourcing - Category Management - Contract Negotiations & Lifecycle Management - Vendor Risk and Performance Management - Development of Procurement Policies & Procedures - Enhancements to Procurement/Finance Systems (Coupa)- Management and Implementation of Procurement Best Practices - Monthly/Quarterly KPI reporting to Finance Leadership - Leading a Highly Functioning Sourcing Team and Providing Development Opportunities that support both the Team\'s Growth and Individual Career Plans.
