   Directed multiple teams to evaluate the process of re-positioning new deliveries to a maintenance make-ready for revenue flight location. Separated the current method of moving under a maintenance ferry flight to an airworthy positioning flight. Created process in an application that developed a systematic flow automating the process, mitigated risk by minimizing manual entry of data, and had check and balance codes programmed into the application as a safeguard. Establish a heavy maintenance production line within 90 days at an international location. A critical player in the risk evaluation of operations in a high-threat country and the assessment of processes to mitigate risk to a lower manageable level. Managed team to evaluate the trend of errors that are leading to non-compliance events. Developed solution for improvement with a standardized methodology that ensures employee’s awareness of error and required corrective action along with electronic application to guide the process, provide oversight, tracking and archiving capabilities, and comply with standing Collective Bargaining Agreements.
