I lead the Estimating Department, overseeing a team of over 10 skilled professionals to deliver competitive proposals for top-tier clients. I’m responsible for managing the entire bid lifecycle, from developing high-quality proposals to submission, across a range of complex contract types, including lump sum, unit rate, cost-plus, and master service agreements.I handle proposal submissions through various procurement platforms, including Ariba, Merx, Ivalua, BidsandTenders, ConstructConnect, ATCO, and Procore. Part of my role includes evaluating potential RFPs to ensure they’re a good fit for our capabilities, and then producing detailed RFP documentation—pricing tables, risk matrices, EH & S plans, quality and execution plans, histograms, and project schedules—to make our proposals stand out.In addition to overseeing proposals, I support business development by analyzing cost reports, project schedules, and bid statistics, which helps us refine our approach and boost performance on future bids.
