ABOUT KIMBERLY WINGFIELD

Hi, there! I\'m Kim Wingfield, an experienced marketing professional in the business development, marketing, and consulting arena with specialties in real estate/property investment, sales/marketing, and consulting.I\'ve just moved to the UK in 2022 and recently started a position working as a property investment consultant with Knight Knox, where we concentrate on getting consistent 8-10% net yields on various property investments for our clients. While my US real estate license is now inactive as I\'ve moved abroad, I\'ve had considerable experience as an estate agent in the state of Pennsylvania since 2013, which I got into after buying my own house in 2012. However, as Philly became less of a DIY-centric town and less affordable for first-time or low-income buyers, I opted to change from full-time to part-time on the real estate front and go into B2B inside sales work with MRP. That said, as the UK property and mortgage market has proven to be incredibly interesting to me, I\'ve earned CeMAP 1 certifications and have happily jumped back into the property field on this side of the pond. I\'m always happy to chat about real estate and how to secure your future!In the recent past I\'ve also been a top producer and a Team Lead at MRP in the USA on their Thomson-Reuters campaign - with similar past success on MRP\'s Dell Technologies and Cisco messages as well. Upon moving to the UK, I worked for Aptean as an Account Development Representative, both on their industry-specific Enterprise Asset Management software and their Routing & Scheduling software (of which Paragon software is a part,) for transportation and warehousing professionals, as well as a Business Development Representative for Proactis, an excellent procurement process and contract management software that\'s geared toward saving companies time and money. I\'ve also worked for JLA, a national market-leading provider of laundry and catering equipment and servicing in the UK, with a focus on small to medium enterprises. I\'ve had a long and varied career in many different disciplines; I\'ve spent over a decade in business consultation - including marketing, copywriting, web design, and offering advice on how best to run a business as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible via Medusasbedhead Business Services when I lived in the US.Additionally, I am a dual citizen - and am able to work in either the UK or the US without restrictions.
